**Easter Sunday 2023 is on 9. April 2023. **A reduced lift service may be implemented late March / April (depending on snow conditions).
Corona Virus:
Rest assured, the Austrian authorities are taking the safety of all guests and people working in the resorts extremely seriously and measures are in place to make everywhere Covid secure. The Austrian Government website / Skiamade and Hochkönig website can provide the latest information / give updates on restrictions.
What's included:
Booking Fee: Final cleaning (often this is charged on departure - we include this in your rental)*;
All electricity, heating, etc. Car Parking (one car space designated for the apartment). Sauna in the communal area.
What's not included:
Local visitor Tax: This is currently £1.75 per adult (Children under 15 years - £0.50) per night and payable on top of your rental at Dienten Mountain Resort. This will be added to your bill once we are advised of the number of guests, ages, etc.
Bedlinen / Towels: This is €20.00 per person per 7-night stay (Bedding and 3 towels per person). This is payable (in Euros - cash) to the caretaker on arrival.
*Guests are expected to leave the Chalet Apartment in the condition they found it in. Any damages or breakages must be reported to the Caretaker immediately.
To secure bookings, a non refundable deposit of £150.00 (for the Summer) and £250.00 (for the winter) is payable per week. Full rental fee is payable minimum 8 weeks in advance of your stay. Our full Terms and Conditions of Booking will be given to you when you register your interest.

The summer / Autumn season starts in June and goes through to the end of September, beginning of October. Come November, the resort gears up for the forthcoming winter season and many of the facilities are not available due to early snow falls and lots of preparation activities.

July: £950.00 - £995.00 per week
August: £950.00 - £995.00 per week
September: £850.00 per week
October/November: £750.00 per week
